PROCESS

STEP ONE

Use one of our templates from the DESIGN YOUR OWN list and play around with it until you get a design that you think will work for you.

If you are having sponsors on your garment, make sure that you have their logos ready as they will be required for placement on the garments when they are being made.

 

 

 

STEP TWO

Bring your design into us and discuss what you require. We can show you different materials that can be used inthe construction of your garment and advise you of the colour range that can be used and the the minimum order requirements.

We then produce a mock up of your garment as to how it will look.

Changes to colours and layout can be easily made at this stage.

 


 

STEP THREE

Once you are fully satisfied with the design of your garment, we will arrange for a quote for you. We will also be able to give you an expected time of arrival of the garments.

Once you have approved the design, you will need to provide us with a list of sizes for the garments required and any special requirements ( for example names and numbers on different sized shirts).

 

STEP FOUR

We place the order with our manufacturing company. They will refine the artwork to meet their specifications and send through proofs . Once the proofs have been approved, they will make a pre-production sample and send through photos of the garment for approval.

Once final approval has been given, the production of the garments begin and , once completed, they are shipped to us. This process normally takes 4-8 weeks.

The goods arrive and we contact you to pick up your new uniforms .
